SUMMARY:La Crosse—Seven Rivers Undergraduate Research Symposium
DESCRIPTION:Dr. Jim Bailey will give the keynote lecture for the Seven Rivers Undergraduate Research Symposium. Jim will share his reflections on the kinds of applied research we need for today’s world. He will talk about the ethics challenges faced by those working and doing research in the health sciences. Each year\, several hundred people from the tri-state area convene on the Viterbo University campus to see and experience undergraduate student research and creative works from a variety of disciplines. Undergraduate students from institutions throughout the Midwest will be sharing their work via research posters\, artistic displays\, and oral presentations.
